AMALGA COMPOSITES, INC. ANNOUNCES MR. TY ROZNOWSKI PROMOTED TO SALES MANAGER

(WEST ALLIS, WI) August 14, 2006 – Amalga Composites, Inc. is pleased to announce that Mr. Ty Roznowski has been promoted to the position of Sales Manager.  Mr. Roznowski will be responsible for all Sales activities.  Ty has been an employee of Amalga Composites, Inc. since 2001.  He is a graduate of Marian College in Fond du Lac, WI and has over 13 years sales experience. Ty resides with his wife, Kristine and two sons, T.J. and Sam, in Hartland, WI.
